Longer stays accepted i.e. monthly - 6 weeks etc.
On booking - A booking form with be sent via email, and once the completed booking form is returned to me via email, then payment of the deposit can be made via bank transfer.

Additional nights 62 pounds.
Rental rates are for the entire property.

25% deposit required on booking. Balance will be due 6 weeks prior to arrival date.
Payment can be made in Pounds Sterling or in Euros at exchange rate at the date of payment.
Apartment must be vacated by 10.00 a.m. on the day of departure.
Luggage may be left until departure to the airport.
It would be greatly appreciated if on departure you would leave the apartment clean and tidy.
Any damages must be paid for before leaving the apartment,
For you own safety, please take care when in the apartment as we cannot accept responsibility for any accidents that may occur.
Please ensure you have your own travel insurance.
Tourist Tax is now a law in Funchal Madeira. A cost of 2 euros per night, per person. Maximum of 7 nights. i.e. 14 euros per person.
The payment is to be paid to me on arrival in cash, which I then will pay to the local council.
