Rose Marie is a very caring host and so helpful. The view is amazing and we enjoyed drinking coffee every morning on the balcony. The location is perfect for travelling to the old town and walkable to the Madeira Forum for shopping. The buses are handy and there is a taxi stand close by.There are many restaurants in the area. The building is well kept and very secure. We loved having a washer and the little partially closed in balcony for hanging the clothes was charming. They dried overnight. We loved the tiles in both of the bathrooms. I am so glad she has chosen to keep them. There is plenty of closet space with drawers. We had everything we needed in the kitchen. There was even a small trolly to pull to the grocery store. It really came in handy for heavy items. I wasn't well for a couple of days and she even had a hot water bottle available!! We hope someday to return and we would definitely stay here again.

Endroit idéal pour sillonner l'ile
Appartement ultra confort, avec lave linge et lave vaisselle. Place de parking souterrain. Belle vue mer. A proximité du centre commercial. Marie rose est une hôte charmante qui nous a réservé un accueil chaleureux avec de quoi faire un petit déjeuner dès notre arrivée. L'endroit est idéal pour se rendre sur les différents lieux que nous avions choisi de visiter.

Excellent apartment in Funchal
The property has uninterrupted views over the sea in a quiet location and is very well maintained. Supermarkets are very close by and the shopping trolley in the apartment was very useful as there are some steep hills. The local restaurants offered a great choice and there is also a regular bus service into the old town where there is plenty to choose from. From start to finish we found Rose-Marie to be very helpful and quick to respond. We would thoroughly recommend this apartment.

What a gem
This apartment is a haven in a great location. Facing onto the sea we could see and hear the waves from the lounge and sitting having a cuppa on the balcony is a great way to start the day. The apartment is a spacious, retro cool, home from home. Beautiful, comfortable and spotlessly clean. Well equipped with traditional Madeira touches, we immediately fell in love with it. Rose Marie is the perfect host. She arranged our transport from and to the airport, was there to greet us and see us off and was happy to answer any questions. The apartment is quiet and you feel tucked away but step out onto the main road and you are surrounded by restaurants and shops. Its a short walk West to the promenade. Or a leisurely 20/25min walk East takes you to the centre of Funchal or you can hop onto a bus for the 5/10 min drive instead. There is a stop close by to hop on a tour bus. No need to rush for a lounger if you fancy a day by the pool as there are two in the apartment but the pool side was often empty. There is a selection of books too if you need something to read. The kitchen is well equipped if you want to eat in and there are several supermarkets close by. We've already booked for next year.

Just Lovely!
Rose Marie was a delight, she met us although we were running a bit late, she provided us with some tasty treats, fruit, bread and wine. My husband and I are 60 years old, we relied on the buses. The number 1 & 2 bus stop about a block away and the number 4 bus turns at the "Hole in One" about a block and half away. Going into town the buses are at the top of the driveway. We really enjoyed our stay, we loved our morning coffee & tea on the balcony, the pool, and exploring Madeira!

Comfortable and relaxing accommodation
Having stayed in hotels close to the apartments in the past we were very happy with the location. The apartment was very well appointed and the sea view from the living room with balcony, made for a relaxing time. TV and wifi all good and the kitchen well appointed. The shared swimming pool and surrounding garden were never crowded so no problem with sun beds. Rose Marie greeted us on arrival and helped us settle in. In all, a very good experience. Excellent Apartment
The apartment was amazing, the view from the living room and the balcony was 10 star rating, actually the whole apartment is as well, Rose Marie had everything you needed and more she greeted us at the apartment, then showed us around gave us loads of information about supermarket's, trips, other area's of interest. I would highly recommend this amazing apartment to stay at, to visit this fantastic island of Maderia

Amazing Madeira
We thoroughly enjoyed our 5 night stay in Madeira, the condo was everything we could ask for, comfort, fabulous view, great location and fully equipped. The host, Rose Marie met us at the bus stop and took us directly to the condo. She left some “welcome” items for us, which was a very lovely touch. Recommend staying here on your visit to Madeira.
